I was going to say that, this one’s killing me. You can see in his eyes he was a pet, this guy was completely let down by the people who were supposed to love him. And he’s deaf. Thank god for Niall. When Frank gets strong he’s going to be the best addition to a family 💕 I’m rooting for you Frank

White dogs ( and cats ) that have black spots on them seem to have issues with hearing and sight. I have a stray kitty that comes every day to be fed and hang out in my safet ( he won't come in, or I'd keep him ), and he's mostly white with black spots and he has these issues so I did some research.
He needs to learn sign language and be matched with a deaf family. This is my hope for this handsome guy. I cant wait to see him grow back into his head. Hes going to be awesome!
Just an added layer of cruelty, knowing he was deaf and leaving him to fend for himself. He's on the road to recovery with you, and I am sure he'll find a home as soon as he's ready to go.
